Kinesiology is the art & science of utilising a 'muscle test response' to assess and balance energy within human psychological and physiological systems, so enhancing the health and wellness potential of the whole being.

This depends on the severity and length of time your problem has been an issue. Kinesiology balancing is like peeling an onion. As a layer is peeled away another one appears so it can be resolved. Many of my clients come regularly, often at least once a month. This ensures that problems that do occur get resolved quickly, with the minimum of stress, and therefore illness is unable to take a hold. These clients stay healthy, visit the doctor less often, and find they can bounce back from everyday issues that others find debilitating. However, you as the client are always in control. How many times you have a 'balance' is up to you. How often you wish to have this balance is also up to you.

In general kinesiology sessions utilise non-invasive muscle response assessments. The kinesiologist accesses the body's own bio-feedback mechanisms to assess energy imbalances in the body. Using light pressure, the kinesiologist presses on an arm or leg in a specific direction to access a specific meridian energy. This enables an assessment of that meridian's energetic status. Unbalanced energy will initiate a 'weak' response. Balanced energy will initiate a 'strong' response. Using simple energy balancing techniques the kinesiologist restores a 'weak' meridian to it's 'strong' state, so enhancing overall energetic flow, restoring health and vitality to weakened systems.

Sessions usually last a maximum of 1½ hours. At present (2025) each session costs £75. Allergy, Food Intolerance and Nutritional Deficiency Testing are priced according to how much information you require. A full test including all of the above will cost £75. Tests for one of the above cost £25 and will last ½ an hour. Tests for two of the above costs £50 and will last 1 hour.

No. There are a number of reasons for this. 1) In my experience a concessionary agreement implies that the person asking for help is not willing to invest fully in their own healing, and is therefore unlikely to gain a positive outcome. 2) Asking for a concession is not respecting the amount of effort the practitioner is investing in the healing process. The old adage 'you get what you pay for' applies to all health practices. Another way of putting it is: 'if you pay peanuts, you get monkeys' !

These supplements are endorsed by the International College of Professional Kinesiology Practice as being safe and effective food based supplements. Absolutely! I encourage every client to bring supplements that they take regularly, so they can be checked for efficacy.
